Cari understood all the constraints I was under, including minimizing my trips to Olympia, not spending too much to fix up the house, getting the house emptied, shipping some items to NY, etc. It fell on her to keep an eye on the estate sale, donation, house and carpet cleaning, etc., and she was very reliable and very helpful when I was not around. She was very good also at keeping me informed and being available to answer my questions along the way. At the beginning, she prepared a good market analysis and provided a notebook of resources that was professional. As a woman, I wanted to work with another female, who was respectful and collegial. After two years of disappointment and six other agents, Cari was able to close our dream home on the first try. Other agents led us astray telling us that we needed to accept a lesser home because we did not have down payment money. Cari showed us that its okay to dream big and make offers on homes we love.

We could not be moving satisfied with her professional demeanor, knowledge of extreme skill at handling our fears , confusion and frustrations throughout!! So sorry that we won’t have for our next (out of state) purchase. We even suggested she get together with our son!!!! Love this lady.
