Cari understood all the constraints I was under, including minimizing my trips to Olympia, not spending too much to fix up the house, getting the house emptied, shipping some items to NY, etc. It fell on her to keep an eye on the estate sale, donation, house and carpet cleaning, etc., and she was very reliable and very helpful when I was not around. She was very good also at keeping me informed and being available to answer my questions along the way.
